She threatened the turtle guy without even drawing her sword after he made a clear gesture to attack her. The other time she actually took care not to hurt the guys that were about to kill someone. Yes she offended the turtle guy, but, again, the turtle guy started it. This isn't plot immunity and I myself had her suffer for the (very unforeseen) consequences of her actions in the other branch. You can even make a case for anti-hero, but antagonist? Really?

As for verbal nukes...
