Policies

• Spam: Sending of unsolicited Commercial Email (i.e. spamming) is strictly prohibited, and any confirmed instance of spamming is grounds for account deletion.
• Abuse: Any deliberate abuse of the server, including interfering with other users or services here, is grounds for account deletion.
• Copyright Violation: Transform may not be used for the distribution of any copyrighted materials without the copyright owners permission. This includes (but is not limited to) such things as:
  • Computer software
  • Written materials
  • and Images

Guidelines

• Acknowlagement: As a courtesy, to let folks know where you got your hosting space, and to help them find other sites they might like, we ask that you place a link back to Transform's main page http://transform.to on the main page of your site on Transform.
• Adult Material:
  • Due to the nature of the sites on Transform, some of them may have material considered to be of an adult nature. If you have a site on Transform that contains material that may be unsuitable for minors, we ask that you place a notice of this fact on the main page.
  • Please note that while we will allow adult material on transform, we are not interested in hosting pornography.
    Things such as frank discussions of TransGender issues, or a stories that have adult themes, are perfectly OK, as long as the adult nature is secondary to the presentation of information, or the telling of the story, and not the sole reason for the sites existance.
