I stayed up late, or early if you consider how late I usually stay up, and finished the outline for the essay. Meh, I hate doing stuff like that at the last minute. Then when I got to class the teacher said, "Okay bring out your 3x5" index cards which are the only notes you are allowed as I told you very many times before this class so you all remember and didn't by chance prepare an 8-1/2x11" outline on paper, since you all know you are only allowed a 3x5" index card right?" Okay, so he didn't use those exact words, but he should have. I even remembered only being allowed a 3x5, but I can only recall memory with prompting it seems, never even got a hint it was wrong to get a page sized outline beforehand. Thankfully this teacher, the wayest past coolest looked at my outline and said, "Well, this is all quotations from other sources, so you can have it for the test." Good thing too, because without the outline I couldn't even remember the 4 points I was going to talk about, much less the 3rd party quotations. And you know I love my quotes.

I was the last one writing, literally on the last three words as he waited by my desk. Those were three loooong words. Hopefully it was halfway coherent though, since I pretty much had to write it in class onna blue book, instead of preparing and revising it at home in electronic format. Oh and I tested my words per minute since I switched to Dvorak from QWERTY, and I've gone from 30wpm to 71wpm! My accuracy is still shot though, I rely far too much on the backspace key.
