Happy Halloween. Eh. Don't have time to say anything today, just a few wise words from Smrgol the kirin on posting etiquette in newsgroups. Take my advice, _do this_.
1) Everyone start at least one thread that you feel is on topic for the group. 2) Reply to your own and the other posted topics that you feel you can give a constructive reply to. 3) Do not reply to threads that are not on topic. 4) Do not reply to a thread unless you do so constructively. 5) If the topic of a thread changes, continue it in a new thread, or if it does not pertain to the group take it to e-mail. 6) Don't start or continue arguments. 7) Ignore flamebait. 8) Let off topic threads die.
