It wasn't hard to spot - it took up most of the room in the purse - and what was inside almost made Jon's mouth drop open. There must be close to a thousand dollars in cash in here! Jon thought in amazement. There were also about a dozen credit cards, all platinum or better, and - a driver's license! Let's see - Looks like I've become Shelly Irene Jonson. Height, 5'5"; Weight, 122; Sex, F; Eyes, Green; Hair, Black; DOB... Wow, I'm 4 years older than I was before! Address, 4521 Xerxes Lane. Say, that's up in the ritzy section! I bet I'm probably worth a bundle now! "Ahem! Miss, are you ready to order yet?" Jon looked up with a start at the waitress, who was peering down with a half-servile half-irritated expression. "Oh, uh, yeah. I'll have, um, the number 4 breakfast plate. Bacon. And, uh, toast." As the girl flounced off to turn the order in, Jon began thinking about hs - or maybe her - new status. It looks like I'm a rich bitch, now, Jon realized. I can afford almost anything I want - cars, clothes, vacations! No need to worry about money again! No more need for me to get a job! Or for mom to... The thought of his mother brought him up short. If I just vanish, will she - will she worry about me? Wonder where I've gone? Or does she - does she even remember me at this point?
