She began to worry as she remembered the wishing rock and decided that she had best go over and see if she could help. It had taken her several minutes to clean up what she had been doing and head over to Jon’s house. Karyn had always envied Jon with his loving mother. Karyn had always felt that her parents would be happier without children, even though they tried to hide their feelings from her. Karyn found the front door partially open. Having been Jon friend for like ever, Karyn didn’t think about entering the house uninvited. As she stepped into the house she saw a little girl and her mother. The girl was trying to get her mother to stop crying and the girl said, “I wish Daddy came through the door and made Mommy happy.” Guess who is coming for dinner | |
