And that the panties seemed to be covering what looked like a perfectly normal, fourteen year-old girl. “What?” Justin’s mom began. “How?” She struggled to think let alone talk. “Do you hate me Mom?” Justin asked. The question galvanized the mother. “Of course not. I loved you as my son and I still love you. Only, I can’t understand what happened. It must be awful for you?” Justin stated crying even more. After a few minutes he calmed down enough to say, “That is just it, Mom. I didn’t want to be a girl, and I still don’t, only… Only, I feel so comfortable with myself. I can’t explain it. It just feels so right.” Any further words were washed away by fresh tears. Later that evening, Justin’s mom did a more ‘personal’ examination of her son, now daughter.
