Before Joseph made a wish, Jon had said "I wish that Joseph wouldn't notice anything different or out the ordinary when his wish is granted." Therefore, when Jon became his girlfriend, he would've been oblivious, as per Jon's wish.

Reality hiccupped, and Jon found him back in the same situation, with Joseph putting the moves on Jon, not noticing anything out of the ordinary...
