Karyn just sat there and stared at Jon, dumbfounded. "Something???" "What?" Jon not yet realizing the stupidity of his wish. Karyn sighed knowing that something bad was going to come out of this. "Maybe we should check up on this guy. You know, just to see what he was planning to do with it?" "Okay, um, I wish that both me and Karyn would be in the warehouse where the other stone is being kept." After the stone flashed, Jon and Karyn opened their eyes to find themselves in the warehouse. It was dark. It didn't seem like anyone was there. Moving around various crates and boxes, they heard voices. Moving closer to an office on the side of the warehouse, the voices became louder. They were two men discussing something. But it was hard to make out what they were saying. "Ugh. I wish I could hear what they're saying." "Jon?!" Karyn whispered loudly. "Don't make anymore wishes." "Sorry. It was an accident," Jon whispered back. But, thanks to his wish, Jon could hear what they were talking about and according to what he had heard, one of them will probably be making a wish very soon. | |
