Karyn waited and then ran up behind him. "Do you think it's such a good idea?" Jon stopped. "What do you mean? They may need some help." "You think it's people? How could there be people here?" "We're here." "Because of the stone. Are you saying they have a stone, too?" "No. But we won't know anything until we ask them. Come on." They walked across the grasslands and through the trees for what seemed like hours. On the way, they thought they saw small dinosaurs eating some of the bushes and brush along the forest floor (at least they were vegetarians) and some strange-looking birds in the trees.
