He scanned the floor for it, then spotted it. But before he could get to it, someone else picked it up. It was one of Jon's neighbors Mrs. Richardson, an elderly lady. Without even thinking about it, she slipped it on her wrist. Karyn was shocked. But Jon didn't know why. As far as he knew, the bracelet didn't do anything. It was just a piece of jewelry. Karyn ran over to her. "Mrs. Richardson, that's my bracelet. Can I have it back?"
