"Dad's in a heavy metal band?" Jon said, obviously shocked. "Yeah. And he's really good, too." "And Mom was wearing what?" Zoe described for a second time the totally Goth clothing her mom was wearing. Jon was shocked again. But he supposed he shouldn't have been. He knew all of this would happen. He was just kind of only thinking about the other people at school becoming Goths, not his parents and neighbors too. After entering the school, Jon and Karyn made their way to their lockers.
