He could not shake the idea that he knew her from somewhere. He thought he had heard something. His eyes twitched and he awoke to find Sonia in his room. She was standing over him and to his horror she was holding the stone. "Sonia... what... what are you doing?" Jon stammered Sonia laughed and her normally gental voice was coarse and scratchy as she responded. "Fifteen hundered years I've waited. For fifteen hundered years I have searched for the stone, and now at last it is mine again! Your grandfather was a fool, he had no comprehension of the power of the stone. The old fool probebly didn't even have know I was after him until it was almost to late. He sent the stone to you, a mere child... Well now the world will pay for his mistake. Wishes cannot be undone, but I will still have my way with the world." Sonia's eyes glimmed in the dark room. "My name is Kasuqul, I am the creator of the stone, imprisoned in a mere human body, but that the stone is back in my possession, I have un-limited power!" The master of stones | |
