"Hi." Well. So far, so good. It seems we're still friends, Jon thought. They got on the bus and took their seats. "Did you bring the stone?" she asked. "Yeah." He took out the stone, which wasn't his stone, but one that had replaced it. "But I have to tell you ..." Before he could finish his sentence, Karyn grabbed it out of his hand. "Good. I've been thinking all night about what to wish for. I wish ..." "No!" Jon yelled. But it was too late.
