He felt kind of lame wasting another wish on acquiring knowledge, but that would be nothing compared to screwing things up permanently. Once again, the stone glowed. Its number changed from two to one. Jon was relieved to learn that its wishes were reversible. And it had unlimited range too. He couldn't reverse his own wish, but he could ask Karyn to do it .. if she were willing to give up a wish to clean up his mess. She would. She was his friend, after all.
