The female Jon responded by saying "Of course I am, Karyn." "But, you're a girl. That's got to be a little freaky. Right?" Jon made an odd expression. "What are you talking about, Karyn? I've been a girl all my life. Why would it be freaky?" Karyn took a step back. This wasn't Jon. Not the Jon that she knew. That one was gone, probably forever. She kept moving back until she bumped into the table with the broken mirror on it. But now, the message written into the mirror had changed. Now it said AND THEN JACK BECAME A GIRL.
