But I think I know how to find out the location of the dig." "How?" Karyn asked. "By asking my grandfather." "Jon, he's dead." "Not with this," Jon said, holding the piece of paper, that now had the instructions on getting Wendi's wishing abilities back. "I can talk with him again." "But it's not really him. It's prerecorded, or whatever." "Not exactly. I was the one that came up with Wendi's name. I didn't wish it. I just picked out the name and Wendi said she liked it and wanted to keep it. But I didn't wish it. So my grandfather shouldn't know about it. But he did when he spoke to me." "So what does that mean?" Karyn asked. "It means that this magic that Grandpa is using is tapping into my mind and telling me information useful to my current situation." He turned back to the piece of paper and held it in his hands.
