The two of them had grown a lot closer sharing this secret. But after that wish they both wised up and had since not used the stone for anything major. Jon was walking home from Karyn’s house Friday. He would have stayed over a bit but Karyn wouldn’t let him in. He assumed it had to do with his birthday tomorrow.
