She rolled over and her cheek touched the Deity Stone, causing a white flash. If the bright light hadn't been enough to wake her up, the sheer pain of her burned cheek would. She jumped out of bed screaming. "No!" She switched on the lights, hoping in vain ... yes, in vain. She saw herself in the mirror. Her once perfect complexion was now marred by a patch of burnt flesh. Her reign as the campus queen was over. She turned around and looked at her bed. There was a rock that she had never seen before lying by her pillow. She put two and two together. "Stupid rock! It did this to me!" She jumped onto her mattress and reached for the Deity Stone ...
