I began to wonder what it would be like if more people were cars like me. How would things be different? "You know," I said over the radio. "I wish other people could experience being a vehicle, like me." I couldn't see inside the car, so I had no idea that the wishing stone was resting on the passenger seat. Apparently, that counted as me touching the stone. So when I made that wish, it came true. "Jon! What have you ..." Karyn felt herself changing and immediately opened the driver's side door. I slammed on my own brakes when I felt the door open. It seemed that I could control myself without a driver. She jumped out and began to morph into a vehicle. But what vehicle? And ... how many other people were affected by my careless wish? | |
