It was the Target Stone. It worked just like the normal stone, except that the wishes would always be granted to one specific person, as if that person made the wish himself or herself. If that person didn't hear the wish, then he or she wouldn't notice anything different, just as how the normal stone worked. But who was the target of this stone?
