Karyn asked on the other end. "Karyn, where are you?" "At home. Where else would I be?" "I thought you were coming over here to figure out this whole stone thing." "Stone thing?" she asked. "What stone thing?" "The wishing stone, Karyn." "I'm sorry, Jon. I don't know what you're talking about." Jon froze. What was wrong with Karyn? Why didn't she remember the stone? "Um ... never mind."
