Jon stopped for few seconds, whitout a word. "What is it, honey?" Asked Karyn in a deep man's voice, Jon's dad voice in fact. "Huh? I.. I don't know. I remember we are speaking about a stone, but... but... now I can't remember!" "What stone?" asked Karyn, hiding it in a pouch. "I did'nt remember any stone!" "Maybe you're right." Said Jon/Tabatha. Suddenly, a tought came in his/her mind like a flash. "Oh my! I remember now what I'm tellin' you! I... I'm pregnant! You'll be father again!" Tabatha... it's fantastic!!" Said Karyn in her baritone, then hugged her/his new wife, grinning and thinking about the new groove of her life: from a loser and sad girl to a happy and handsome father of a beautiful family! | |
