Before he could think of anything he heard Sarah say, "I wish John and my left pinky would change places"
"Huh?" John said, "That's just weird, why would you want..." and then his world went black.
Coming to, he quickly checked himself over. He was still a duplicate of Sarah, all his parts seemed to be in the right place. He tried to stand and realized his legs felt weird. Looking down, he saw that they were now fused together. Not only that but they continued down to a large palm. Looking over to his side he saw a huge (to him) ring finger, followed by three more fingers. High above him her heard Sarah's voice say, "I see you're awake. Welcome to the rest of your life" as he suddenly felt himself being raised very high and very fast and turned to come face to face with Sarah's now giant face. Looking beyond her he could see she was still Barbie sized, which made him smaller than he cared to calculate. And completly dependant on Sarah. As he wondered how the stone was able to make that wish he looked over where he had been sitting and saw a three foot long pinky. "Weird, isn't it?" Sarah said as she looked up at the giant finger. "Well get used to this, we're going to have a lot of fun" Sarah said as she reached down and placed John right in front of her vagina. "A lot of fun", she repeated as he was thrust in head first.
