"Hey, Tim. What's up?" Jon asked. "Karyn told me about the stone." Jon's eyes bulged. He thought that they were keeping the stone a secret. Even from their friends Tim and Pete. Why did Karyn tell Tim about it? "I know you might get angry about it," Tim said. "But Karyn said it would be all right." She did, did she? Jon thought.
