ABANDONED: The LocalsEpisode submitted by Anonymous51 on Mon Jan 26 23:59:21 2009 Return to Parent Episode The first thing Charlie noticed was the stench, like rotting fish. It got so bad that he had to cover his nose. The second thing he noticed was the sound, a squishy slithery sound. He really did not want to see what they looked like, but he needed to know as much as possible about the world he woke up in. He peered around the tree and saw two bipedal squid-like creatures moving around between the trees. It was horrifying, just as Charlie imagined. He was so shocked by what he saw, that he accidentally stepped backwards onto a twig, breaking it. The two creatures looked in his direction. He tried to keep still as best he could, but it was becoming increasingly more difficult, the closer they got to him. What if they found him? What would they do to him?
