Suddenly, the car disappeared and they both fell to the ground with a thump. Fortunately, there weren't any other cars on the road, or they would have surely been run over. They scrambled to their feet and got off the road. "Oh my god!" Melissa yelled. She was looking down at her chest. Her breasts were much larger. In fact, they went from a C-cup to a DD-cup. "My wish came true! I've got implants." "You wanted breast implants?" Jon asked. She would have rather had the car. "Well, I wanted bigger breasts, and implants are ..." She stopped when she felt her new enhancements. Her eyes went wide. "They're real. They're real!" she yelled, jumping up and down, laughing. Jon's suspicions of what was going on were now confirmed.
