Suddenly, out of nowhere, a dog ran into the room and barked at her. Karyn was so startled, she nearly let out a scream. As she settled down, she whispered to herself "Jon didn't tell me he got a dog." She moved past the dog and walked upstairs to Jon's bedroom, but he wasn't there. "Jon, where could you be?" Karyn asked. The dog barked behind her. ------ By the time Karyn got to Jon's house, Sarah was already back at her house, thinking about what else she could wish for. Her first wish was certainly a wicked one, but it was only the beginning. The world had not yet seen the extent of her cruelty. But it would soon. | |
