First, the very disoriented Angela was his son's girlfriend. And second, Jon didn't seem the least bit confused or surprised, even though Angela was nearly hysterical. This wasn't quite what Peter wanted. When he made Angela seventeen, he meant to get himself a little teenage cooch, not give his son a girlfriend. Although, since she seemed to know that things were different, that probably wouldn't work either.
