It had struck them that they could add further complications for their victim. Clutching their copy of the stone in their hands, the stranger spoke, "I wish when I made my previous wish that turned Jon's wishing stone into a pair of heels, I also included the following condition that I'm about to describe: That anyone who wants to make a wish while wearing Jon's magic shoes must wear them for a minimum of 5 minutes before a wish is allowed to be wished, and they can only be removed 10 minutes after their last wish."
