He felt bad about leaving Karyn like that, but for all he knew he had to be at the room on time because Jennifer was on time when she was him yester... today. He shook his head, trying to clear out the cobwebs. Whatever was about to happen needed his full attention. Probably. When he got to the music room, the lights were out and the blinds were drawn. Did he get there first? He started to feel annoyed, having blown Karyn off for nothing. Then he heard faint sobbing. Ok, so that's why he had to come. He fumbled for the light switch. Jennifer was upset and... His thoughts were interrupted by Jennifer's chocked voice. "I'm sorry Jon. I know it doesn't make it any better, but I don't like this any more than you do. I wish--" Jon was in the music room. The lights were on, and he was alone. I wish I knew what just happened. | |
