"Why are you talking to her?" Zoe asked, walking up from behind Nadine. "You know that bible-thumper hates you." "Don't call her that," Nadine snapped. She hated that term. "What's with you today? And why are you hanging around these guys?" Zoe asked, gesturing towards Biff and Jay. "I'm not. They're hanging around me. Listen, just leave me alone, okay? We're not friends." Nadine started to walk away, but Zoe caught up with her. "What do you mean by that? Of course we're friends. We've been close friends for years." "From your point-of-view, maybe. But not mine."
