"Anyone who doesn't hear the wish thinks that anything that's different is supposed to be that way." Jon thought about that. Karyn was right. That was how the stone worked. But it was so strange knowing that his whole life was a lie. "You don't have to worry about it, though. I put a time limit on it. In less than five minutes, you'll return to normal," Karyn said. But Jon wasn't worried about staying like he was. He liked being a girl and he never wanted to go back to being a boy. Not ever. These feelings and memories may have been created by the stone, but to Jon they were as real as the real thing. "I don't want to be a boy," Jon said. Say What? | |
