She was just like she normally was, except that she was now Jon's sister. He thought that the girls would swap lifestyles too, but it seemed that wasn't the case. Even though Karyn would have been born as his younger sister, she was still Karyn. Just because she wasn't a Goth didn't mean she was the same. Same thing for Melissa Black, who had Karyn's family.
