"Hi, Karyn." It was all he could manage to get out. He was so flustered. "Who are you?" she asked. "Mommy! Mommy! Help! There's a ..." "Shhh," Jon said, trying to quiet Karyn down. Why was she acting like this? How could she not know who he was? But then it occurred to him.
