The Doctor stepped back, just in case, and angled the mirror so Jon could see himself... He recognized the face in the mirror. It was...Sarah MacMillan. He looked down...and saw...well, he wasn't a he. "You've been here since the accident." the Doctor said, calmly. "You couldn't deal with what you did. So, you assumed Jon's identity. But then, you started to...edit your fantasy. You changed details. You added elements, like a magical wishing rock, so that you could have a way to explain changing your life.
