It wasn't until lunchtime that, all of the sudden, a glowing blue field began to slowly surround the school. Inside, people became aware of it as a feeling of pins and needles on their skin, and a feeling as if their hair was standing on end. Then, suddenly...there was a flash. everyone in the school blinked, the brightness temporarily blinding them. Jon blinked, clearing his vision and looked around. What just happened? He'd been in Spanish class, now he was in the lunchroom. His lunch wasn't until the next period. The school staggered lunches over several periods. He was sitting at a table with an unwrapped bag lunch in front of him. Something was wrong. How had he gotten here? He looked around the table at the other disoriented people there. A murmur was starting throughout the lunchroom, of people asking what had just happened. Then... Certainly Interesting | |
