He wasn't happy about it, but he knew that he really had no other choice: the Stone was far too dangerous to just leave lying around, plus, if - no, when - when he found it, he could just wish to have been in class on time. He tried retracing his steps through the hallways, his eyes desperately searching the floor. Where could it be...? He was so distracted that, flying around the corner, he nearly collided with...
