Mother needs more helpEpisode submitted by Splice on Mon Mar 22 04:16:34 2010 Return to Parent Episode After his mother finished sweeping and had disposed of the glass, she placed Jon down and went back to making breakfast. “I’m a dustpan!” Jon screamed though no sound was produced. “How did this happen? Will I ever change back? I don’t want to be a dustpan forever!” At that moment the dryer buzzed and Jon felt himself transform again. This time his mother found a laundry basket conveniently placed where she had left the dustpan. She found it strange that she hadn’t seen the basket there earlier but didn’t think much of it as she had so much to do this morning. “Wait, am I a laundry basket now? The wish must make me turn into things to help the people that are near me.” Jon tried to think of a way out of this mess but was distracted when a load of warm clothes was dumped into him and his mother carried him to her bedroom. She placed him on her bed and left the room. When the door had shut he again tried to figure out what he should do but again felt the now familiar feeling of a transformation and watched as the door began to open. “Mom must be coming back what does she need now?” It’s not mom this time | |
