It was Biff Meadows (the jock, bully, and boyfriend of Sarah McMillan). "Hey, if it isn't the cross-dresser and his freak girlfriend," he said, laughing with his jock buddies. He looked past Jon and Zoe and saw their mother. "Couldn't come to school without your mommy?" he asked, teasing them. Zoe burned with anger. "Shut the fuck up, you asshole!" "Zoe! Please! Watch your language," her mother said. This only made Biff and his friends laugh even more. Zoe had never felt more embarrassed.
