I think I need some time to think about this, Jon," she stammered. Jon understood. This must be such a shock to her. Karyn left. Jon immediately went to Karyn's house and found her father. Karyn's father, Dan, was sitting in the nude and reading a book. Seeing Dan in the nude almost made Jon not follow through with his plan. "Dan," Jon said. After the first few painting sessions, Dan had asked Jon to call him by his first name. "Its Karyn. She's finally found out about us." "She has?" asked Dan. "She needed some time to herself," said Jon. "We need to talk. We need to decide if we really love each other, or if this is only temporary because of the painting. And we need to decide before Karyn gets back." "All right," said Dan. "Lets sit down and discuss this." | |
