Jon ran his hands over the smooth material as he spoke quickly and clearly into it. "I wish I could wear this dress in public without people thinking I was weird or something." That way, he could make wishes whenever he wanted, not just in his locked bedroom whenever he could get the opportunity.

The entire dress seemed to dazzle with light for just a second, indicating that his wish was granted.

But what exactly did his wish do?
