It was just the type of room she figured that girls like Sarah and Tiffany slept in. If she ever got the stone back from Steve, she was gonna ... Her thoughts stopped when she suddenly saw something that could release her from this madness: her phone. It was sitting on what passed as her desk. Jenna remembered that as Jon, she had left it there that morning. She picked it up, seeing that all the numbers on the call list were for Sarah, Tiffany, Melissa, Amber, and all the rest of Jenna's "new" friends. But Jenna still knew Karyn's number by memory. She dialed the number and waited, hoping that she wouldn't be bound by Steve's rule of "being Jenna the Slut when she wasn't alone". When talking on the phone with someone with no one else in the room with her, she was technically alone. She hoped that Steve's rule didn't also include talking with people on a phone or chatting on the internet. After a few rings, someone answered. "Hello?" asked the voice on the other end. | |
