Fortunately, though, her friend Athena was attending Jon's funeral as well. She grabbed Zoe's arm and pulled her out of the building. "My mom," Zoe muttered, sobbing. "She ..." "Yeah, I saw it," Athena said. Suddenly, they heard screaming from the inside of the funeral home. Then silence. Then more mindless grunting. It was clear that there were now more zombies. "Come on.
