"I don't want to wait and see," Tom told the doctor. "Something like that ..."

He wasn't able to finish his sentence, because Dr. Singer suddenly lurched towards him and poured some of the liquid in his mouth. Then the doctor covered his assistant's mouth so that he couldn't spit it out.

After he heard Tom swallow the liquid, Dr. Singer let him go.

Tom stared at him with wide eyes. "What the hell did you do?!"

"I needed to test it on someone," the doctor plainly said. Then he looked at his watch. "It works very fast. By now, it should already be active." Then he looked back up at Tom. "Now, we just have to figure out what your fetish is."

Tom just kept on staring. How could Dr. Singer do this to him? Was the guy just completely nuts? He had been working with him for months. How did he not see this coming?
