Confusion ran through Jon's mind as he watched his bedroom blur all around him. What was happening? This wasn't what he wished for. He only wanted Karyn to be there. Why was the stone granting more than he wished?

When everything came back into focus, Jon was even more confused. He was still in the same room, but all the furniture was different.

And then the stone glowed. If it was glowing now (thus granting the wish), then what happened right after he made his wish? Jon was beginning to think that there was definitely something wrong with the stone.

Suddenly, the bedroom door opened, diverting his attention, and in walked ...
