It was just typical school stuff, typical family stuff. But it was good to have Karyn back. Jon really missed her over spring break. Jon watched as Karyn casually walked over to him. He was sitting at one of the many picnic tables scattered around Chesapeake Park. He decided to meet with her here instead of at home. He wanted only Karyn to know about the treasure map he had discovered (after a few days of looking it over, he was now confident that it was indeed a treasure map) and didn't want to risk someone overhearing them. He looked around. For the moment, it seemed that they were alone. "Okay, Jon-boy. What's this all about?" Karyn asked, sitting down across from him. | |
