Each morning he woke and stared out his bedroom window at that house, hoping this day would be the day someone new would move in. Maybe a nice young professional couple. Maybe a whole family. Anyone, really. --- Unfortunately the housing market was in a slump, and months went by. No one even came to view the property, let alone buy it. Murray was beginning to wonder if this period of boredom, misery and loneliness would ever end. He was becoming desperate. Perhaps it was time for some affirmative action.
