"He'll be here any moment, Mrs. DeMorrell," the doctor said. "Now push." Jonni yelled out in pain. "Push!" "I'm pushing, I'm pushing, goddammit!" Jonnie yelled. "The pregnancy is going well, Mrs. DeMorrell. Soon you'll have a lovely daughter and a handsome son. Now push again!" Jonni was about to anyway, but suddenly stopped.
