"Do you know someone named Sarah McMillan?" "You mean that uptight Baptist girl?" Karyn asked. There was only one uptight Baptist girl at school and that was Nadine Ferguson. So it seemed that Nadine was the girl that Sarah hated the most. Jon would have thought it would have been one of the Goths or one of the geeks or nerds. But no, apparently, it was Nadine. Which meant that Nadine was now like Sarah. That was a strange idea to grasp. "What about her?" Karyn asked. | |
